BEND, OR -- A fire erupted Wednesday evening Bend, prompting road closures and evacuations. Police said the fire erupted on Pilot Butte, prompting officers to shut down Highway 20 in both directions.
Apartments near Pilot Butte were ordered to evacuate, KBND reported.
