Man Threatened To Shoot Up Oregon Lottery HQ: Police
Lebanon resident Jason Ouellette allegedly sent an email threatening to shoot and kill people at the Oregon Lottery headquarters in Salem.

SALEM, OR — Oregon State Police on Tuesday arrested a man from Lebanon, Oregon, who allegedly sent a threatening email to the Oregon Lottery headquarters in Salem.
Jason David Ouellette, 42, was taken to Marion County Jail following his arrest. He was reportedly charged with menacing.
The email Ouellette allegedly sent was received at the Oregon Lottery headquarters just after 9 a.m. July 10. According to Oregon State Police officials, "The email contained an imminent threat to shoot and kill people at the Lottery Office."

A short investigation ultimately identified Ouellette as the sender. He was arrested around 2:30 p.m.
