'Dozer' Dave Turin Helps Raise Money For Food Drive In Gresham
'Dozer' Dave will make an appearance at Gresham Ford on Thursday, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., in support of the annual Fill a Bag Food Drive.

GRESHAM, OR — In support of SnowCap Community Charities' annual Fill a Bag Food Drive, local Discovery Channel celebrity Dozer Dave Turin will make an appearance at Gresham Ford on Thursday.
From 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Nov. 16 at Gresham Ford, 1999 E. Powell Blvd., Dozer Dave will take photos with fans to raise awareness of food insecurity in the East Multnomah County area. With each photo taken, Gresham Ford will donate $5 to the Fill a Bag Food Drive.
"The enthusiasm and vigor that our local business community brings to events like this one is truly inspiring," Gresham Ford General Manager Bess Wills said in a statement. "I feel blessed to be able to host such an event."

Along with Dozer Dave's new F-550 mining truck, Wild Mike's Ultimate Pizza and Origin's Coffee, Tea & Desserts will also be onsite to provide complimentary refreshments.
Before making a splash on the Discovery Channel's "Gold Rush Alaska" show, where he appeared in seasons two through eight, Dozer Dave grew up in the Mt. Hood foothills helping grow his family's rock quarry business, Mt. Hood Rock, which was founded by his father, Jim Turin.
