GRESHAM, OR — There are more than a few ways to get in the holiday spirit in Gresham this year. The Senior Healthy Hikers is hosting a trip to the Oregon Zoo's Zoolights Christmas Walk that will feature 1.6 million holiday lights. Want to enjoy the holidays by checking out choirs and a winter beer and cider garden? WinterVille at the Zimmerman Heritage Farm has you covered.   • Gresham High School's Winter Choir Concert takes place on Wednesday, Dec. 14 at Gresham High. Don't miss the opportunity to hear the show that the choir's put together, which will feature your favorite holiday songs and more.
  • The Oregon Zoo's Zoolights Christmas Walk is back for it's 28th year. More than 1.6 million brightly colored lights adorn the zoo, as you walk through a winter wonderland. The Senior Healthy Hikers of Gresham will be meeting at Gresham City Hall on Wed. Dec. 7 at 3:30 p.m. to make the trip.   • For even more music fun, check out the Winter Instrumental Concert at Gresham High School on Dec. 15 at 7 p.m. Feel the spirit of the holidays come alive as Gresham High's musicians play the songs of the season.
  • WinterVille at the Zimmerman Heritage Farm is a new holiday festival that will feature performances by local high school choirs, as well as a winter beer and cider garden for guests 21 and over. Tour the beautiful Zimmerman House where there will be local food and craft vendors as well free photos with Santa for the kids.

  • Hopefully there won't be any overlap between the Winter Instrumental Concert and the Concert Choir @ the Grotto, which takes place at Gresham High School at 8 p.m. on Dec. 15. Stop by to see the Concert Choir sing songs for the holiday season.
