On March 15, Gresham Police received a call about a person who was down on the ground and appeared to be deceased in a wooded area near SE Hogan Road and the Springwater Trail. Police and medics arrived and determined that the victim was deceased and had likely been there for a day or two.

The victim, described as a white male with shaggy brown hair and beard, had no identification on him. He is around 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds, and is likely in his 30s. He has several distinctive tattoos, some of which are included in this release.
