Gresham Police Seek Driver Who Fled Scene After Striking Woman

A 72-year-old woman was died after being struck by a car last week on Southeast Burnside near 3rd Street. The driver never stopped.

GRESHAM, OR – Patricia Dyson was 72-years-old last week when she was struck by a vehicle as she crossed the street by the intersection of Southeast Burnside Road and 3rd Street. She has now died and Gresham Police are hoping that someone knows who had been driving.

It was around 7:15 on the night of Nov. 7 when Gresham Police responded to a report of a woman struck while crossing the street.

The woman was rushed to the hospital where she later died.
