Gresham Police Seek Help Located Missing 13 Year Old Girl With Missing 17 Year Old Boy

Amelia left her home and is thought to be with another runaway youth with an unknown address.

UPDATE: 13-year-old runaway Amelia Patterson was located by her family on Thursday. Amelia was found safe with 17-year-old Xavier Sutton and both are no longer missing. The Gresham Police would like to thank the community for the many tips and assistance in searching for them both.

Gresham Police is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 13-year-old girl. Amelia Patterson was last seen August 8 leaving her residence at the 19900 Block of NE Halsey St. in Gresham.

Amelia left her home and is thought to be with another runaway youth with an unknown address. Amelia has Leukemia and has left without her necessary medication.

Amelia has blue eyes with pink and white hair. She is approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, and 200 pounds.

Anyone who knows of Amelia Patterson's whereabouts is asked to call 911.

UPDATE: Information has been developed to confirm Amelia is currently with 17-year-old Xavier Dashawn Sutton.

Xavier is also a reported runaway youth from the City of Portland. Xavier was last seen on June 3 near the 11800 Block of NE Glisan St. in Portland. Xavier is described as a black male teenager with black hair. He is approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. Neither Xavier nor Amelia's clothing descriptions are known at this time.

either Xavier Sutton or Amelia Patterson's whereabouts are asked to call 911.
