Police: Second Suspect Arrested in Main City Park Murder

A second Clackamas County juvenile was arrested in connection to the stabbing death of a man at Gresham's Main City Park, police said.

GRESHAM, OR - A second Clackamas County juvenile was arrested in connection to the stabbing death of a man at Gresham's Main City Park, police announced Wednesday.

Andy Santana-Mays, 17, was taken into custody with the assistance of the United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force, police said.

He is being held at a juvenile detention facility facing a murder charge for his alleged involvement in James Issei Arrington's death.

Shortly after 9:00 a.m. on Dec. 10, Arrington was found lying face down near the park's baseball field, authorities said.

An autopsy conducted at the Oregon State Medical Examiner's Office revealed Arrington, 20, had been stabbed multiple times and his death was ruled a homicide.
