Portland Traffic Alert: Sinkhole Closes SE Lusted Road
The sinkhole is roughly 12 feet deep and six feet across.
If you live anywhere near Southeast Lusted Road - be aware. A sinkhole has closed it between Southeast Altman Road and Southeast Hosner Road.
Multnomah County says the sinkhole is 12 feet deep, six feet across, and spans the width of the two lane road - about 20 feet.
The county says that a repair plan is being developed. Local and emergency traffic have access up to the closed section, near 33334 SE Lusted Road. Through traffic should use alternate routes such as SE Dodge Park Blvd. or SE Oxbow Drive.

SE Lusted Road is one of the 300 miles of roads maintained by the county.
