Troutdale Summerfest Will Cause Temporary Highway Closure
The annual Summerfest will require the Historic Columbia River Highway to close in Troutdale from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 21.
TROUTDALE, OR — Troutdale's annual Summerfest will require a portion of the Historic Columbia River Highway to temporarily close this weekend.
From 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 21, travelers heading through Troutdale will find the HCR Highway closed between Southeast Harlow and Buxton avenues. A detour will be in place, directing drivers to use Southeast Second Street — one block south of the highway.
