Sometimes called “Blues” for their color or “M30s” for the stamp to make them look like the common pharmaceutical-grade painkiller oxycodone, these illegally manufactured fentanyl-laced pills are easily purchased on the street or online and can be fatal.
Fentanyl is a powerful synthetic opioid up to 100 times more potent than morphine and more deadly than heroin.
