Forgery Suspects Caught In Tualatin; Police Seek Add'l Victims
Prince Harris and Amy Armstrong of Washington State were reportedly caught using fake $100 bills to make purchases in Tualatin last month.

TUALATIN, OR — Following the April arrests of two individuals who attempted to use fake $100 bills at Tualatin-area retailers, police in Tualatin are asking businesses and individuals for any information related to recent transactions involving counterfeit money.
Amy Elaine Armstrong, 36, and Prince Julin Harris, 33, were arrested and taken to Washington County Jail on forgery charges. Harris was also charged with felon in possession of a weapon and aggravated theft.
Harris and Armstrong, both Washington residents, have since been released.

According to Tualatin police spokeswoman Jennifer Massey, officers were initially dispatched on April 23 to reports of a man using fake $100 bills to make purchases at a retail state in the 7000-block of Southwest Nyberg Street.
The suspect, Harris, was found in a parking lot near the store, Massey said. Armstrong was later identified as Harris' alleged partner in crime; she was arrested April 25.

Massey said investigators believe there are more victims of Armstrong and Harris' forgery plot.
