Lake Oswego Homeowner Catches Porch Cookie Thief On Camera
A blonde woman exits a white sedan, walks right up to the Mountain Park home, and takes a bag of cookies in a video shared with police.

LAKE OSWEGO, OR — A homeowner in the Mountain Park neighborhood of Lake Oswego caught a package theft on her surveillance camera Sunday morning, according to KPTV News in Portland.
The homeowner, who reportedly requested to be known only as "Lisa," told KPTV a neighbor's son dropped off a bag of cookies on her porch around 8 a.m. Dec. 3. But about half an hour later, a white sedan pulled up in front of the house and let out a blonde woman who walked right up to the porch and took the cookies.
The woman held a box over her face in an apparent attempt to hide her identity, KPTV reported, noting she left the box after taking the bag of cookies. Lake Oswego police reportedly said the box was also likely stolen from another home.

"I would say I hope you get caught. I hope you reconsider doing this to another family," Lisa told KPTV. "Our neighbor’s son dropped off a sweet package for us and it’s just sad that somebody has the nerve to steal it."
Anyone with information about this incident, the woman, or the white sedan is encouraged to call the Lake Oswego Police Department at 503-635-0238.
