CCAA's work is based on connecting people and programs with tools for success. Some of the projects they focus on are: publishing the quarterly Clackamas Cultural Guide, a partnership with Pamplin Media, the Clackamas Cultural Coalition and Mt Hood Territory; advancing access to public art and cultural opportunities for county residents and visitors; and Youth Arts for Change, promoting positive life skills through creative expression. Their Artist Exhibit Program features local artists in 19 galleries countywide, and offers training in gallery and business practices." -Cheryl Snow, Arts Alliance Executive Director.

Cheryl Snow, Arts Alliance Executive Director, says that CCAA is also committed to making the case for how and why arts and culture contribute to the county's economy. The organization is participating in a year-long study that will result in a definitive economic impact analysis.

Ms. Snow reports that "Our county is home to a dynamic network of established and emerging artists, performers and writers, with people and organizations that passionately support them. The resonating question CCAA asks in every town they visit is: "How can we help you do what you're doing?" At the end of the day, the Arts Alliance mantra is to "keep arts and culture central to life in Clackamas County."
