Fred Meyer Sets Friday for Opening of New Happy Valley Store
It's the first new Fred Meyer in the area in five years.
Happy Valley is about to get a little happier. Fred Meyer will open their new store at the Happy Valley Crossroads development on Friday.
It will be the first new Fred Meyer in Oregon in five years.
The 145,000 square-foot store anchors Gramor Development's eight-building complex of buildings. When completely open, there are expected to be 21 businesses.

The Fred Meyer - which includes a fuel center - will be the third to open at the complex joining the AT&T Store and Hop Jacks. Among those getting ready to open are a Chipotle,a Five Guys Burgers, a Gentle Dental, and an OnPoint Community Credit Union.
The entire complex spreads over 198,000 square feet.
