Fred Meyer Sued Over Alleged Camera Pointing At Dressing Room

Carlee Gish went to the Fred Meyer on 82nd Avenue where she says she discovered a camera pointing at the dressing room mirror.

OREGON CITY – Carlee Gish went to the Fed Meyer on 82nd Avenue in May looking to try on some clothes. In the dressing room, partially-undressed, she saw the reflection of a camera in the mirror.

She is now seeking $300,000 in damages from the store.

She said it left her feeling "anxious nervous, embarrassed and shocked."

Gish says that she quickly dressed, left the dressing room, and discovered the camera in the rafters.

She complained to an employee who assured her that it would be gone.

In July, she returned to the store and he camera was still there.

A spokesman for Fred Meyer said that they are "not able to comment on any ongoing investigations and/or litigation."
