Officers set up a perimeter and called in a K9 team. As this was happening, police say that Keever-Nyberg returned to the shopping center and jumped into a car driven by Petersen.

They tried to leave the shopping center but, police say, were stopped by officers and arrested without incident.

This is not Keever-Nyberg's brush with the law.

Last month, he was arrested after police say that he drove a truck into a group of pedestrians in northeast Portland, an incident that was caught on video.
