Oregon City Police Want Help Finding Missing Teen Kyle Buell

OREGON CITY OR – Take a good look at the man in the picture. His name is Kyle Buell. Oregon City Police say that he is developmentally disabled and missing.

Police say that he walked away from his caregiver just before 1 p.m. on Thursday.

They had been near the Safeway at 13434 Colton Place.

Police say that he is 5'10", thin build, short blonde hair and brown eyes.

He was wearing a lightweight dark green jacket, a red hrt, blue jeans, and black shoes,

Officials say that he may have tried going to Milwaukie or Canby.
