Washington Man Raped Oregon Teen Girl, Sheriff Says

Along with raping the minor teen, Jason Timmons is accused of sexually abusing an Oregon woman — and police say there may be more victims.

ESTACADA, OR — A Washington man accused of luring and raping an Oregon teen girl and sexually abusing an Oregon woman turned himself in to Clackamas County Sheriff's officials earlier this month after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Jason Michael Timmons, 25, of Battleground, Washington, is being held at Clackamas County Jail on $80,000 bail. He is charged with rape, sex abuse, and luring a minor.

The allegations stem from incidents that reportedly occurred in April, May, June, and July 2016, and in June and August 2017. The sexual abuse was first reported in November 2017, sheriff's officials said.
