West Linn Chief Of Police Separated From Employment
Under the terms of his employment agreement, Kruger will be offered three months of severance compensation.

West Linn Police Chief Terry Kruger was separated from his employment today. Kruger joined the West Linn Police Department in June, 2018. Under the terms of his employment agreement, Kruger will be offered three months of severance compensation.

“I believe that new leadership within the West Linn Police Department will help the community move forward,” said City Manager Jerry Gabrielatos. “This is a step toward restoring confidence in the West Linn Police Department.”
Acting Chief Peter Mahuna will continue in his interim role and the West Linn Police Department remains dedicated to protect and serve the community. A search for a permanent Police Chief will begin promptly.
