Final 5th St. to Kinsman Rd. Extension Design Review Scheduled
The April 10 open house at City Hall will give residents one last opportunity to voice their opinions on the planned construction project.

WILSONVILLE, OR — With construction slated to begin in just over a year, Wilsonville city officials planning the Fifth Street to Kinsman Road extension will host the final design review — inviting comments from Wilsonville residents — in April.
From 5 to 6:30 p.m. April 10, City Hall will host the project review during an open house at 29799 S.W. Town Center Loop E.
Increasing connectivity through Wilsonville's community, the Fifth Street to Kinsman Road extension will provide congestion relief on Wilsonville Road near Interstate-5 and improve pedestrian and bicycle routes.

Crossing Coffe Lake Creek to Arrowhead Creek Lane, an extended Fifth Street will connect to Kinsman Road near Southwest Industrial Way.

According to city officials, the extension project will also see to a 2,000-foot extension added to the Ice Age Tonquin Trail, connecting to Boones Ferry Road — which is also slated for future redesign.

The project will take just over a year to complete, with construction expected to begin in Summer 2019 and conclude in Fall 2020.
