Sketch Of Public Masturbator Released; Police Seek Tips
The man was reportedly seen "pleasuring himself" at an apartment complex along SW Toulouse Street on May 31, police officials said.
WILSONVILLE, OR — Police on Monday released the sketch of a man who allegedly "pleasured himself" in front of a woman in the parking lot of her apartment complex last month, Wilsonville police officials said.
The incident reportedly occurred May 31 in the 11400-block of Southwest Toulouse Street in Wilsonville.
After the woman verbally confronted the man during his offensive display he reportedly fled and was not located.

The man is described as Hispanic or dark-skinned with short, curly hair. He is likely between his late teens and early 20s and has a "very slender build," police said.
When he was seen by the Wilsonville resident, the man was wearing baggy blue jeans and a gray t-shirt.
