Dunkin' Closing 450 Stores, Including PA Gas Station Locations
Dunkin' will close all of its locations inside Pennsylvania Speedway gas stations.

PENNSYLVANIA — Dunkin' and Speedway are parting ways.
By the end of the year, Dunkin' will close all its locations inside Speedway gas stations, including Pennsylvania Speedway locations, the company said this week. The company said the move is so it can better focus on its standalone cafes.
The company told the "Today" show that the gas station stores are typically much smaller and have a more limited menu than standalone stores.

"By exiting these sites, we are confident we will be better positioned to serve these trade areas with Dunkin’s newest Next Generation restaurant design that offers a broader menu and modern experience," Kate Jaspon, Dunkin's chief financial officer, told "Today."
Neither Dunkin' nor Speedway could provide Patch with a list of all current Speedway locations this week. All Speedway locations are set to close by the end of the year.
