PA Counties With Most Mail-In Ballots To Be Counted

Here are the counties with the most mail-in ballots yet to be counted as of Wednesday morning:

PENNSYLVANIA — More than 1 million mail-in ballots remain to be counted in Pennsylvania as of noon Wednesday.

In the race for president, Donald Trump currently holds a lead over Democratic nominee Joe Biden in Pennsylvania, but a large number of votes in the largely Democratic areas of Philadelphia and Montgomery County have yet to be counted.

Trump has 3,125,566 votes to Biden's 2,817,321 as of 5 p.m., according to the Associated Press. But more than 1 million mail-in ballots still must be counted in Pennsylvania. The mail-in ballots are expected to heavily favor Biden.

Several counties had not yet counted a single mail in ballot as of Wednesday morning, according to the state. Those counties include York, Cumberland, Butler, and Beaver. Officials in Cumberland County announced just before 9:30 a.m. that they had just begun the count of mail-in votes.
