$4.2M Mansion Tops Area Listings
A look at the priciest―and least expensive―houses in the area.

A $4.2 million mansion in Blue Bell is one of the biggest tickets among the more than 130 homes for sale in the area, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.
Located at the end of a gated, private road, the sprawling floor plan of 1907 Skippack Pike includes nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. The master bedroom alone is 2,000 square feet, larger than many single family homes. A two-bedroom private suite for guests is on the opposite side of the home. A 10 car garage, a basketball court, a football field, and a swimming pool are also part of the package.
At the other end of the price spectrum is 222 S. Chestnut Street in Ambler, a three bedroom, one bathroom property located a few blocks off Butler Pike. It is being offered at $105,000.
