Ambler's Newest Brewpub Opens Friday

AMBLER, PA — Ambler will welcome its newest brewpub with a grand opening event on Friday.

Tannery Run Brew Works, located on 131. E. Butler Avenue, is set to cut the ribbon at noon on March 15.

Ambler Mayor Jeanne Sorg will cut the ribbon during Friday's event.

Later, there will be live music from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The brewery is set up just beneath the Twisters Wellness Center, and across the street from Ambler Theater.

On their website, Tannery Run describes themselves as "the approachable brewpub...friendly, affordable, community-focused, family-friendly, sustainable, and not just for beer snobs."

In addition to an array of house-made beers, Tannery Run will also serve local wines, ciders, and "a seasonal cocktail rotation and a twist on a few classics."

There will also be a small, full-service kitchen. Details on the menu have not yet been released.
