Ambler's Trax Cafe will now only be open for private engagements.

AMBLER, PA — A popular BYOB eatery in Ambler has closed its doors to the public, and will now be open only for private engagements.
Trax Cafe, located at the old Ambler Train Station on 27 W. Butler Pike, made the announcement earlier this month.
Trax, owned and operated by Chef Steven Waxman, arrived in Ambler in April 1997 in a renovated space at the station.

Trax has also earned recognition from the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness for their wide variety of gluten free options.

"After 21 years as a full service BYOB I have decided to move Trax in a different direction," Waxman wrote in a newsletter, as reported by Around Ambler. "Trax Restaurant & Café, will now be Trax “expressly for you”. You can schedule your event at our Ambler location or in the comfort of your home."
