Montco Community College Freezes Tuition For 5th Straight Year
Citing impacts of the pandemic and a desire to keep education affordable, the school will not raise its tuition or fees in 2021-22.

BLUE BELL, PA — Montgomery County Community College has once again frozen tuition, marking the fifth consecutive year the school has kept the same rate.
In a statement explaining the move, school officials pointed to coronavirus and a desire to help the school community recover in an affordable manner.
“Students and families only recently are starting to recover from the impact of the pandemic, and MCCC is continuing to do its part by keeping tuition and fees as low as possible to make higher education affordable for all learners,” Victoria L. Bastecki-Perez, the president of MCCC. “This is the fifth consecutive year Montco will freeze tuition and fees to help our students minimize and even, in some cases, eliminate student debt.”
