Outrunning Senior Hunger 5K & Fun Mile
The annual 5K to support the Senior Adult Activities Center of Montgomery County will be held at Montgomery County Community College Nov. 2.
The Senior Adult Activities Center of Montgomery County is hosting its 9th annual Outrunning Senior Hunger 5K & Fun Mile on Saturday November 2nd at Montgomery County Community College. Montco SAAC, the Montgomery County based senior centers that provide social services, educational programming, exercise classes, art classes, and nutrition programming, additionally provides Meals on Wheels to roughly 350 home bound seniors Monday through Friday, making it the largest Meals on Wheels program in Montgomery County. The annual 5K fundraiser helps supplement Montco SAAC’s funding and ensures continued support for older adults within our community.
The Outrunning Senior Hunger 5K Run / Fun Mile will be held on Saturday November 2nd with the 5K beginning at 9 and the Fun Mile at 9:10. Registration is available at runsignup.com or at either Montco SAAC center (536 George St , Norristown PA 19401 or 45 Forest Aver, Ambler PA 19002). Questions?
