Photo Released of Man Wanted in Theft from Vehicles in Whitpain
Police received reports of six thefts from vehicles on Jan. 16 on Deaver Drive and Manor Lane.

Whitpain Township Police have released a screen capture of surveillance of a man wanted in a rash of theft from vehicles in the township.
On Jan. 16, Whitpain police fielded six reports of thefts from vehicles on Deaver Drive and Manor Lane, police said.
- A purse was taken from a Ford Fusion on the 600 block of Deaver Drive. The purse was found on a neighbor's lawn, but $45 was taken, police said.
- $4 in loose changes was taken from a Toyota parked in a driveway on the 600 block of Deaver Drive, police said.
- A Subaru Outback parked in a driveway on the 600 block of Deaver Drive was rifled through, but nothing was taken, police said.
- Loose change was taken from a Hyundai Sonata on the 1400 block of Manor Lane, police said.
- A Chevrolet Trailblazer on the 1400 block of Manor Lane was rifled through, but nothing was missing, police said.
- A wallet was stolen from a Porsche Cayenne on the 1400 block of Manor Lane, police said. The wallet was found on the ground a short distance from the car, but $100 in cash was missing.
