Rosyln Woman Injured, Cited in Whitpain Crash, Police Say
Elizabeth Sullivan, 20, driving a Chevrolet, collided with a Hyundai driven by Kelly McGuire, of Penllyn on Nov. 19 at Morris Road and Mt. Pleasant Avenue, police said.

A two-vehicle crash Nov. 19 at Morris Road and Mt. Pleasant Avenue in Whitpain Township resulted in one driver being injured and cited for the accident, police said.
On Nov. 19, at 11:24 p.m., police responded to the intersection for a report of an accident with injuries.Â
Police found that a Hyundai, driven by Kelly McGuire, 30, of Penllyn, was traveling west on Morris Road toward Mt. Pleasant Avenue. At the same time, a Chevrolet, driven by Elizabeth Sullivan, 20, of Roslyn, attempted to turn left onto Mt. Pleasant Avenue allegedly in front of McGuire's vehicle, police said.
Both cars sustained heavy front-end damage and both were towed from the scene.
Sullivan was taken to Abington Memorial Hospital by Second Alarmers Ambulance Squad for pain to her side, police said.
Sullivan was also cited for careless driving, police said.
Morris Road was closed between Butler Pike and Lewis Road for about an hour.
