Timoney Knox, LLP Welcomes New Associate

Fort Washington-based Timoney Knox, LLP is pleased to welcome Devin L. Ralph as an associate attorney and a member of the Business, Corporate and Tax Law Department.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ralph, of Collegeville, practiced law in Brisbane, Australia for eight years. Her most recent position was that of sole in-house counsel for a start-up company. Her responsibilities included the drafting of construction contracts, agreements and manuals as well as obtaining and maintaining licensing and various governmental regulations.

In addition to her expertise in contracts, agreements and licensing, Ms. Ralph also has extensive civil litigation experience, including matters related to building and construction, as well as general civil contract matters.

A member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Montgomery Bar Association, Ms. Ralph graduated in 2006 from Bond University with a Juris Doctor Degree. She graduated in 2018 with a master’s degree in law from Temple University, where she was honored to be named to the Dean’s List. Ms. Ralph graduated from the University of Delaware in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

She holds bar admissions in Pennsylvania, as well as in New South Wales, Australia and Queensland, Australia.
