Whitpain Township: Township Recognized For Financial Reporting

The Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) recently recognized Whitpain with an Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting (PAFR).

The award represents a significant achievement by the Township as only a handful of other municipalities in the Commonwealth have received this award. 

Each eligible report is reviewed by judges who evaluate the report based on the following categories: reader appeal, understandability, distribution methods, creativity and other elements.
