11th Annual NarBark Dog Parade In Narberth Set for Friday Night

Register your pup at Forrest and Haverford avenues at 6 p.m. Friday to participate in the annual NarBark Dog Parade event.

NARBERTH, PA – Get your pups ready, because the 11th annual NarBark Dog Parade is set for 6 p.m. Friday in downtown Narberth.

Narberth Business Association's annual dog parade event will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, June 1 on Forrest Avenue between Haverford and Windsor avenues.

Dog owners can dress their pups up in their best costumes to see if they will be crowned a winner in the following categories:

  • Most Creative
  • Most Glamorous
  • Most Misbehaved
  • Most Athletic
  • Best Dog Trick
  • Best Costumed Pair
  • Best Celebrity Look-Alike
  • Best Owner Look-Alike
  • Best Decorated Float or Group

In addition to prizes for these category winners, the event will also feature food and music.

Registration is free and will be open at Forrest and Haverford avenues from 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Friday.

Local animal rescue organizations will be on hand and animal lovers can donate while there, as well as some rescue dogs in need of a forever home.

The Montgomery County Treasurer's Office will be at the event giving you an opportunity to buy dog licenses then and there.
