Bala Cynwyd Crash Forces Crews To Rip Car Roof Off To Save Driver
A car crashed into the back of a SEPTA bus just before midnight, forcing firefighters to remove the car's roof, doors, and more.
BALA CYNWYD, PA — A driver had to be rescued from a heavily damaged vehicle after crashing into a SEPTA bus late Monday night in Bala Cynwyd.
The Penn Wynne Fire Company said crews were called to City and Monument avenues just before Midnight Monday.
According to the fire company, the driver was heavily entrapped in the vehicle and crews had to tear off the car's roof and doors to rescue the driver.

The driver was taken to a hospital by Narberth Ambulance.
NBC10 reports the driver was treated for non-life-threatening injuries and no one on board the bus was hurt.
