Burger.org Coming to Narberth

The kosher burger joint should open in "a week or two," according to its owner.

Tasty, fairly-priced kosher burgers are coming to Narberth. Soon, anyway.

"That's the million dollar question," laughed Burger.org owner Eyal Aranya, 48, when asked when he'd be open for business.

Aranya, a native of Israel, explained that he's still in the process of acquiring the necessary permits and that the 942 Montgomery Avenue restaurant should be open in "a week or two."

Until then, kosher diners on the Main Line will have to sit tight. The owner promises it will be worth the wait.

"We put ourself in a unique style for the kosher industry. When it comes to kosher restaurants in my community, there’s not too many. Almost none at all."

Aranya added that the aim of each of his four Burger.org locations is to "get the experience of good food, incorporated with the kosher experience, and at a good price."

The menu includes ten varieties of burger, as well as sandwiches, wings, soups, salads, fries, and more. (To see the full menu, check out Burger.org's website here.) The restaurant will seat somewhere between 25 and 36 and will be BYOB.

The owner emphasized that, while the menu items are all kosher, his focus is broad.

"We are targeting everybody. Not just the kosher community, but everybody."
