NARBERTH, PA — Area residents can safely shred sensitive documents this weekend in Narberth thanks to State Rep. Mary Jo Daley.

Daley is hosing a free document shredding event from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 13 at 925 Montgomery Ave., next to Staples and behind the district court building, in Narberth.

A maximum of four bags or four boxes per household is the limit for the free event. Boxes are standard boxes/bankers boxes and grocery bags.

The public can shred documents on a first-come-first-served basis. Papers will be taken until 11 a.m. or until the shredding truck is full.

Examples of items that are ideal for shredding are bank statements, credit card applications, insurance records, pension information, and more.
