Let The Stormwater Runoff 5k Trail Run Show Narberth's Beauty

Rolling Hill Park section described as an "adventure race."

Lots of people run and jog for exercise. But the 2016 Stormwater Runoff 5k Trail Race on Sunday Oct. 16 might push even the most dedicated runners to their limits.

The run is a benefit for the Lower Merion Conservancy and begins at 9 a.m. at Flat Rock Park in Gladwyne. Runners then must climb Mill Creek Road and make their way into Rolling Hill Park where the run becomes more like adventure race than a standard 5k.

Runners will then take the trails that loop around the Lower Merion Conservancy's Cottage, all while drawing attention to an important ecological issue and the organization that works so hard to preserve and protect the unique beauty of Lower Merion and Narberth.
