Lower Merion Police Report 2 Recent Bala Cynwyd Break-Ins

Police said one break in occurred between July 31 and Aug. 4 and the other in the early morning of Thursday Aug. 6.

BALA CYNWYD, PA — Police in Lower Merion Township are reporting two break-ins that occurred in Bala Cynwyd recently.

According to police, a home on the first block of Llanberris Road was broken into at about 12:42 a.m. Thursday.

Whoever broke into the home did so by forcing open a back window.

Police said nothing appearing to be missing from the home.

Additionally, apartments under constructions at 20 St. Asaph's Road were broken into sometime in late July or early August.

Police said the break-in occurred between July 21 and Aug. 4.

A microwave was stolen from an unfinished apartment.

Police said it's unclear how the burglar got inside.
