Author Day: The BC Library will be hosting author Alicia D. Williams on Friday April 30th. There will be a whole school presentation on Zoom. Alicia D. Williams is the author of the award- winning novel GENESIS BEGINS AGAIN and JUMP AT THE SUN: THE TRUE-LIFE TALE OF

UNSTOPPABLE STORYCATCHER ZORA NEALE HURSTON. If you are interested in ordering a copy of either of these books with a bookplate signed by the author, please visit the Library Blackboard and look for the Alicia D. Williams tab.

Bala Cynwyd Model United Nations will meet this week on Thursday at 3:15pm to prepare for the BCMUNC conference on Saturday April 10th. Please have your opening statements, research, and background guide analysis completed by Thursday's meeting. BCMUN: Change the World!

Library Top Pick of the Day: Today's Top Pick of the Day from the Library brings together sports, history, an important American and family life in this amazing novel in verse written by world famous author James Patterson. Girls Track Practice: It is perfect track weather! BC Girls' Track will practice Monday through Thursday this week until the 4:30 bus. You must have a competed CIPPE to attend practice. Meet at 3:15 on the track infield. Wear layers, bring water and your mask and be ready to run.

Boys Track and Field practice will be from 3:20-4:25 Monday through Thursday after school. Athletes will meet outside before practice.

7/8 Boys Tennis: We will have an information session followed by a short practice session this Thursday, April 8th. Wear appropriate clothing for playing, and meet at the tennis courts at 3:15. Make sure your CIPPE is turned into the office by Thursday!

Cheerleading: If you are planning to participate in BCMS Cheer, please hand your CIPPE into Mrs. Wake or Ms. Ferber in Room 204. We are planning to start on Tuesday April 13th from 3- 4:30. See you soon!
