Library Top Pick of the Day: THE WAR THAT SAVED MY LIFE by Kimberly Brubaker Bradley is the BC Library's Top Pick of the Day. A young disabled girl and her brother are evacuated from London to the English countryside during World War II, where they find life to be much sweeter away from their abusive mother. THE WAR THAT SAVED MY LIFE faces HARRY POTTER AND THE SORCERER'S STONE in this week's Sweet 16 Round of March Madness. BCMUN Meeting Thursday 3/11: It is a busy and fun week for BCMUN! Our next meeting is on Thursday, 3/11. During the meeting, we will prepare for LMMUNC by analyzing background guides, researching countries and deciding on positions.
