Narberth is now the region's 50th most expensive place to purchase a home. That's according to an analysis by Philadelphia Magazine, which lists the Philadelphia region's 50 most expensive neighborhoods for home purchases.

The average home purchase price in Narberth in 2018 was $466,548 million — down 11 percent from the year before.
Last year's average purchase price in Villanova was $1,125,280, making it the region's most expensive.

Several other Main Line communities are among the 50 most expensive places in the Philadelphia region, including Gladwyne (3rd), Bryn Mawr (11th), Merion Station (13th), Devon (24th), and Wynnewood (35th).
