NEW HORIZONS in Narberth Invites Seniors to an OPEN HOUSE on 4-20

New Horizons Senior Center, located at 100 Conway Ave, Borough Hall in Narberth, will hold an Open House on Friday, April 20 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. We invite the community-at-large to come explore our Center as a resource for themselves, their loved ones, their friends, and their neighbors. Prospective members can enjoy a range of free services during the four-hour Open House. In addition to an introduction to the Center’s staff, volunteers, programs and services, there will be free health screenings & chair massages, local senior service tables stationed with information and giveaways, a free sampling of the center’s popular exercise programs, a light buffet lunch, and other treats provided throughout the Open House. Act III Entertainment, a senior music ensemble comprised of Center members, will do a performance of selections from the Great American Songbook. Folks who bring a non-member or those who attend the Center for the first time will be entered into a special door prize drawing.

New Horizons’ staff members Elissa Berardi, Executive Director, and Judy Ringold, Program Coordinator, look forward to greeting area baby boomers and other seniors who are interested in making new friends, having fun, visiting interesting places, stretching their minds and muscles, or sharing their skills and passions by becoming a part of our vibrant volunteer corps.

New Horizons, a non-profit organization established in 1976, offers a wide array of wellness classes, recreational fun, and educational activities, including trips and hands-on computer classes. Our supportive services include Daily Lunch, Private Counseling, and weekly Grocery Shopping assistance. New Horizons is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Our Center is housed at Narberth Borough Hall, 100 Conway Avenue, 2nd Floor, Narberth, PA 19072. It is THE place to come to join lively, smiling, and welcoming active adults from all around Narberth, Lower Merion and the surrounding communities.
