Person Robbed At Knife Point In Bala Cynwyd Monday: Police

Lower Merion Police said someone was robbed in the parking lot of the 7-Eleven in Bala Cynwyd Monday night.

BALA CYNWYD, PA — A person was robbed at knife point in Bala Cynwyd Monday night, according to Lower Merion Police.

Police said the incident occurred between 6:15 p.m. and 7 p.m. Monday.

A pedestrian was in the parking lot of the 7-Eleven store, 169 W. City Ave in Bala Cynwyd, when a man approached the victim.

The man pulled out a knife and announced the robbery.

Police said he made off with the victim's wallet.

The suspect was a white man with a large build who was wearing a black or tan jacket, a face covering, and a red scarf.
