Spooky 5k Through West Laurel Hill Set For Oct 24

BALA CYNWYD, PA — The spookiest 5k event in the area is all set for Oct. 24 at West Laurel Hill Cemetery and Funeral Home in Bala Cynwyd.

The Run4UrLife 5k will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24 in the historic cemetery.

After the run will be an after-party and costume contest.

Check ins begin at 6 p.m. and the race starts at 6:30 p.m.

Participants are encouraged to run in their favorite costumes.

Prizes will be awarded for best costume as well as top male, female, and youth runners in the 5k.

The after party will feature snacks and giveaways, recognition of all who participated, and an awards presentation.

Registration is $35 and includes a race T-shirt. Register here.

All proceeds benefit MANNA's mission of providing medically appropriate meals to people battling life threatening illnesses.

The run will be held rain or shine.
