Diner owner Billy Kounoupis announced on the restaurant's Facebook page that <a href="https://www.facebook.com/billysdowntowndiner" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">the restaurant will be closed</a> until Tuesday because of water line problems that are being fixed. If you are looking for an alternative, Kounoupis has one suggestion: the Billy's Downtown Diner at Ninth and Hamilton streets in Allentown. The Allentown Billy's opened for business in November.
