Kumon of Bethlehem awards local students on Math and Reading achievements

The Kumon Math and Reading Center of Bethlehem, located on 191 Nazareth Pike, Bethlehem, PA awarded local students at an award ceremony this weekend. Students were recognized for their patience, perseverance, responsibility and received awards in Math and Reading as well as overall academic accomplishments.

"The Kumon organization and I are very proud of the students. These students showed excellence and dedication in reaching their academic goals. I thank the parents of each student for supporting their children in the Kumon program, and offering them greater academic and life opportunities", Said Mrs. Neeta Garg, the director of the Kumon Center of Bethlehem.

Kumon is more than just math and reading. The main goal of the program is to enable students to reach their full potential by developing academic excellence, character and life skills. The self-motivation, independence, perseverance, confidence and concentration each student obtains throughout the Kumon Program are character traits that can safely say all parents would want their children to encompass.
