Canonsburg Council Adjusts Landlord-Tenant Ordinance
Miss Monday's borough council meeting? Here's what happened.

Canonsburg Council adjusted its landlord-tenant ordinance at its regular monthly meeting held Monday.
The new ordinance requires inspection of all borough housing when there is a change of occupants, the borough website indicates.
Council President John Bevec said that council voted to adjust the ordinance to give borough officials the right to inspect property when a property changes hands.

Council passed the ordinance in March with the intent of controlling addition of  illegal units, as well as keeping a handle on available parking spaces in the borough.
