South Strabane police have issued an arrest warrant for a Canonsburg man who the Observer-Reporter newspaper is reporting abandoned his son at the South Strabane Walmart on Thursday.
South Strabane police have charged nathaniel Engott, 33, of Canonsburg, with one count each of endangering the welfare of children and disorderly conduct, online court records show.
As of Saturday morning, the warrant had not be served, court records indicate.
