North Strabane Parks and Recreation is helping the township get a little cleaner and a little greener before the holidays.
The Fall Clean & Green event is Saturday, Oct. 26 from 9 a.m. to noon. Volunteers will meet at the concession stand across from Public Works Garage.
The parks and recreation organization will provide garbage bags, gloves, and orange safety vests. All participants will receive a "Go Green" thank you t-shirt.
